Welcome to Vuro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vuro trading analysis platform, including any associated websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with Vuro. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Your Account

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription Plans and Payments

Subscription Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans (Vuro Pro) with different features and limitations as described on our website.

Payments

If you choose a paid subscription:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan.

  • Fees are payable in advance and may be non-refundable, as specified during the purchase process.

  • Subscription fees will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal.

  • We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice before the start of a new billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

License and Restrictions

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

  • Use the Service to build a competitive product or service.

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and code, are owned by Vuro or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Vuro or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Trading Risks and Disclaimer

No Investment Advice

The Service provides technical analysis and trading signals based on historical price data and technical indicators. It is not intended to provide investment, financial, or trading advice. All content and analysis provided through the Service are for informational purposes only.

No Guarantee of Results

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VURO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

(A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT,

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION DURING THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US FOR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vuro, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We may update the content on the Service from time to time, but its content is not necessarily complete or up-to-date. We reserve the right to change, update, or correct any information on the Service without prior notice.

Third-Party Services and Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Vuro. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Vuro shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Waiver and Severability

No waiver by Vuro of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Vuro to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Vuro on the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Vuro concerning the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Service. The revised Terms will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
